Then my husband was bothered by this since I had sent him all our private info, so he called Kyle and got the same promises. Nothing again, and we keep trying to get in touch. If he's busy, just say so! But don't request all our very personal, identity documents then fall off the grid. Very very unsettling and more importantly HIGHLY unprofessional.
