All communication is funneled through front office staff, and there is no direct way to speak with a medical provider in a timely manner. Appointments to see a provider are scheduled weeks out, even when issues are time-sensitive. In my case, I had a medical concern and made multiple attempts to contact the office -- phone calls, messages, and emails -- and no one responded. Lab orders were delayed for weeks, and when they were finally sent, they were unsigned, making them unusable. I had to call again to try to correct the issue and again received no follow-up. The lack of accountability and breakdown in communication was unacceptable. The experience felt disorganized and unprofessional, and ultimately I chose not to return.
