That is when I bit the bullet and decided to try acupuncture. I had tried western medicine, and nothing had helped. I hate needles, but I was desperate. I had no idea there was such a thing as Japanese acupuncture. The needles are very short and I never felt them once he put them in. I went every week for three months and my cough was gone. That was two years ago and now I am getting help with from Doctor Meyer for sleep issues and that is working as well. No acupuncture is not a panacea for all ills but it is a non invasive way to balance the body so the body can heal. I can't thank Doctor Meyer enough for his help and would recommend him to anyone who is struggling with health issues.

When I had heard that one opened up here in Santa Fe, I said to myself, it's time to check Vibro acoustic therapy out and see if my friend's claims were accurate. And wow, it did not disappoint- from the moment you walk in the door you get this lovely Zen feeling from the owner/therapist Linda, to the beautiful art hanging on the walls. The Vibro acoustic therapy experience was amazing. You lie on a suspended mattress in this covered tent/dome and the lights are then dimmed. Linda then turns on music for whatever your mood and turns on different sounds or frequencies that you actually feel massaging your entire body. After my session I felt so relaxed and actually think my hip and back aches are improving as I have now gone back several times. If you're looking for an alternative, natural healing experience, you should check it out. Absolutely love it!

From the very beginning, he truly listened--showing both compassion and genuine concern for what I was going through. What stood out most was his ability to look beyond just my surgical history. While helping me manage my post-operative spine issues, he recognized signs of something more systemic and guided me to seek further evaluation. Because of his insight, I was able to see a rheumatologist and ultimately receive a diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis. Thanks to Dr. Sanchez, I not only gained a clearer understanding of my condition, but I also began addressing the root of my ongoing symptoms. His thoroughness, empathy, and dedication made a difficult journey much more manageable, and I'm incredibly grateful for his care.

The pain was so intense that I could not wait the six weeks to see the doctor thru ER, so I called Dr. Bobby Sanchez because I knew that he would help much sooner than the conventional Drs. could. Previously I had seen him for a torn meniscus, and his help was focused with amazing results. His techniques for me in both situations were not the more common "snaping a joint" but focused on muscle manipulation or "ART" (active release techniques. For the current problem, he used acupuncture and "ART" which ultimately gave me relief. Most importantly, when I left his office I was much looser and more comfortable. Over the next few days the pain dissipated noticeably. After the third visit, I felt like I had control of the situation, but have booked a fourth visit because my body had compensated for the pain in my hip and leg and I wanted to be sure that I was correctly aligned. Dr. Bobby Sanchez has a definite feel for his profession. His charming demeanor, and handsome appearance, gave me instant confidence in being treated by him. His gentle but firm and correcting touch may not be for everyone, but he certainly helped me several times with problems that I now understand needed more than a quick snap. In addition to his excellent service, he is LGBTQ friendly. Currently, he is located inside a really cool Gym and parking is easy.
