I truly can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Mansouri. In all my life, I've never…read moreencountered a physician who demonstrated such genuine care and compassion. He consistently went above and beyond--not only taking the time to explain everything in clear, understandable terms, but also showing how deeply he cared for my husband and our entire family. What stood out even more was his kindness outside the clinical setting. He happened to go to the same gym as my son, and every time they crossed paths, he would take the time to ask how my husband was doing and thoughtfully address any concerns we had. His dedication and empathy were truly remarkable, and we are so grateful for the support he provided during such a challenging time.

I want to start by saying that the level of care by the physicians is top notch. They listen, they…read morecare, they take into consideration who you are as a person. Now that that is out of the way...as personable, friendly, and easy to communicate with as the physicians are, the front end and telephone support staff are unhelpful, unimaginative, uncaring, and very much like to only stay in their box and stick to their script. The silence after asking if a doctor has seen something important that shouldn't be left to just an email into the ether is deafening. The way they don't even try to offer any solutions to issue, or any type of resolution is are bare minimum as it can get. If you are someone who worries about your health and needs a bit of extra assurance, DO NOT GO HERE. If you desire anything above the response you would get from a non Ai computer interface, look elsewhere. If not for the physicians, this rating would be negative stars if possible.
