A few days later, she was already on it and wanted to book reading so she sent a message on the website asking to use her gift card and ... no answer. I then went on her website and found a phone number and texted her, she got back to me right away about having a family emergency but told me we can book via text. I set it up and asked her how to go about it, what to bring, etc - no answers on what to do. A zoom link was sent to my Mom saying "zoom meeting in progress" literally at that moment I was texting - NOT right before the date - it could have been a little more professional - maybe explain and confirm the date/time and copy/paste the link there not just send FROM zoom? I texted her a photo of what we received. No response, of course. The day of the reading we were waiting on a NEW link because I asked if she sent the link - to which she responded "Of course, I am in here waiting..." uhh what? Compassion? Nope. You sent the link the DAY BEFORE so obviously, THAT link is dead now. She sent it again. And my Mom was able to get in, OF COURSE. The last section of this bad part is literally ON HER WEBSITE it says "all readings are recorded" - I am going to upload the photo from the website - but my Mom asked afterward and she sent a text saying SHE needed to push accept to record on her OWN!!!
