I am going to preface this by saying I have been trying to get an appointment with an ENT for 8…read moremonths (at the time of being seen and writing this) I have a funky insurance that is a third party concierge service (not by choice-it's the only option) and 3 doctors previously have canceled my appointment because they couldn't figure out how to bill it despite confirming with my insurance that they were all covered in advance. This was the first doctor that did not hit I did require 3 separate phone calls to get that verified with them in advance. So for that alone they get at least two stars for me just for keeping the appointment. Before sharing this review I had two separate appointments a week apart. Appointment 1: So just to start off their address is not correct in Waze and will send you to a completely different location. I almost missed my appointment (that I waited more than 2 months for) because of this but I call and spoke with Tammy who sat in the phone and gave me voice directions over the phone and got me here then communicated with the staff at the desk to let them know I would be coming in and to not cancel my appointment. All in all I walked in 7 min after my appointment was set for (2:37 for a 2:30 appointment) I was not seen for over an hour while people who walked well after me, like more than a half an hour after me we seen first. By the time I went back every person in the waiting room was seen before myself and there was en entirely new group of people. The front desk staff is quite rude and loud. They seemed to be annoyed with. Everyone who they encountered. I had to ask a few questions and at one point asked where the bathroom was and she just said "yes" I waited a bit and she seemed confided and looked at me and was "do you need something else" and I had to asked again and she laughed and was like "I just can't hear anything" (seems to be an epidemic at this office) and told me where it was. I was first seen by a women who I assume was abuse or PA. She did not introduce herald or really tell me what to expect. We just went into a room inside a room and stated. This was my experience with an ENT so a little exposition would have a been appropriated. She ran a hearing test then had me sit and wait in a different waiting area. I sat there for about 10 min and she mined to yes another waiting area where I waited for an additional 5 min before another nurse or PA asked me a bunch of questions and seemed to. Or be able hear me a I was she repeated asked me about things I had not said or mentioned so that pre-doctor setting took a while to get though, and we did not even touch on all of it (by this time it was 4:20pm and I had still not been seen by a doctor) The doctor himself was good. Definitely a high point. A bit direct and brisk but professional. By the time I saw him it was the end of the day so I can see him wanting to leave. We covered all my various reasons for being there. Got a prescription to try and I was walking out at 5:12 I do have to have a follow up in a week (which is surprising coni waited more then 2 months for this appointment) and I asked about pricing for a test and they were h able to find the code to check on that with my insurance. So I'll has to wait and see if they follow up as they said they would. I'll try to remember to update this. Appointment 2 (a week later): I wants in 10 min early expecting another long wait. Only sat in the waiting room 15 min (despite my appointment being virtually at the same time as last weeks) the tech who did my first test could not have been nicer or more friendly or professional. He actually spoke to me and explained what he was doing. I was done with that portion and into the second waiting area where I was seen immediately in 25 min. The doctor also seemed more checked in this week. More patient. Professional and answered all of my neurotic questions. I've been dealing with a serious of interconnected mystery health issues for 8 months now and hav been giving the run around by doctors quite a a bit which has been frustrating. I've developed a bit of a direct tone when at the doctors because of this and I'm sure it's not the most productive but it's definitely how I feel. While we did. Or wipe the problem today I do fnow The doctor saw me and I was out at right about an hour. Just some notes: -They do not validate parking. You'll want to turn let at the light off Peachtree (saving Buckhead) and go all the way down to barge 1) Their office is on the second floor. -There is also a "check in" gift on Yelp that offer (see screenshot) and it's actually quite a nice thing, so when I went to go collect it the staff looked me like I was crazy and when I showed it to them they were like I have no idea what that is...so interesting It is worth noting that they have a higher review on Google so I would check there as well as finding a doctor is a little different than finding a place to have dinner.

Bad experience. Got billed for a completely different (much more expensive) service than I…read morereceived! Not sure if this place is intentionally scamming but looks like a lot of other people are having the same experience. Unfortunate bc great location but overall horrible service

Have you ever fallen into the weird dark side of YouTube and spent hours watching videos you…read morewouldn't have watched otherwise? I was watching a Buzzfeed video and stumbled upon an ear wax extraction video and the dark hole began. There's something really satisfying (albeit gross) watching ear wax being removed from people's ears. I was always interested in getting it done, but I thought it was too expensive and didn't think I needed it done. BOY WAS I WRONG. For the past week and a half, my right ear was super clogged and it was really hard to hear out of that ear. Usually, if I leave it alone, the problem resolves within a couple of days, but unfortunately it seemed like it was getting worse. I tried using ear wax softeners, but that didn't really clear up the problem either. I was tired on not hearing clearly and felt like I was annoying people by asking them to repeat things over and over, so I decided to finally bite the bullet and get my ear wax removed professionally. I sent a request for information about their services on Sunday night and received a phone call from their office on Monday morning. Super prompt service! I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day (today). Insurance doesn't cover ear wax removal, but the prices are very very reasonable. It only costs $30/ear but the results are well worth it. The doctor will take a look to see whether you have to do both ears or not. Although I was only having trouble hearing out of my right ear, I decided to get both ears done because I was already doing one ear - why not do both? The process was relatively quick - less than an hour to clean out both ears. The doctor explained the process beforehand and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. It is a little uncomfortable with the suction so close to your ear, but it's surprisingly very therapeutic in a weird way hearing the ear wax being extracted. As soon as she removed the ear wax from my right ear, I could instantly hear better and a whole new world opened up. After she removed the left ear, everything sounds 10x clearer and I'm disappointed I didn't do this earlier! Even though I wasn't having problems with my left ear, it was surprising (and really gross) to see how much old ear wax was in my ear. I'm not sure how I could even hear with all that junk in my ear. I highly recommend everyone to get your ear wax professional removed at least once if you can. I can hear things so much better now (it's actually jarring how loud things are now) and it's relatively inexpensive considering the benefits that come with it.

I was very pleased to find out about this practice yesterday and was able to be seen today to…read moreremove impacted ear wax in both ears. The whole process of becoming a new patient, the online forms, and the cheerful welcome by Brandi at the front desk made for a great first impression. Dr. Ali in the Decatur office is terrific: he very patiently, skillfully performed what can often be an irritating, anxiety-laden procedure using micro-suction and water flushes - he did a thorough job with minimal discomfort. I appreciated his questions, comments and instructions as he was both warm and kind. I will go back when this procedure is needed again and would definitely consider AHA for any other hearing-related needs. I'm a very satisfied patient - thank you!
