It is conveniently located right across the street from TAMU's campus so most patrons were walking up, but they also offer a very small parking lot. I got to try the Kyoto cold brew, which tasted like a geisha coffee to me due to its fruity and floral nature. This will be my go to coffee drink next time I am visiting someone in cstat and a very pleasant surprise after what was described to me as a "stronger cold brew". The staff is quiet nice and as helpful as they can be. Restrooms were clean and just from my observing their open kitchen, their granola looked amazing.

They were quick to assist us with the WiFi password, allowed me to hang out on the patio with our dog and checked in on us a few times to ensure that we were all taken care of. I indulged in the fried Mac and cheese (because I just couldn't resist ) and was very pleased with it! I also enjoyed a fruit bowl to help balance out the fried food and the fruit mixture was perfect! That is not always the case everywhere so I was both pleased and impressed. If we're ever back in the area, we'll definitely be making a stop here! Thanks for the incredible hospitality, y'all!

The coffee drinks are alright. The sugar-free hazelnut latte I ordered was made quick and I was on my way although it tasted similar to what a Starbucks latte would be. Maybe my palate is off? I was hoping there would be something unique about the drink that would capture my tastebuds but it didn't. I didn't try any pastries or breakfast items but I read people raving about their sandwiches. That may be in the cards next time I stay at the Stella. The shop opens early and there's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating with a strong wifi. Plus it's located near the lake where I noticed plenty of people walking around with their POV coffee in hand. Not a bad morning ritual.
