Cannot recommend STS strongly enough. Everything about them is 5-Star+! I needed a receptionist,…read moreyesterday, and STS and Cindy in particular came through. Literally saved me. Cindy spoke with me and really listened and knew exactly what I needed. Within hours she had candidates ready and qualified. The ease at which I can approve hours worked and days needed is super convenient and easy. Everyone there is super responsive, helpful, and extremely friendly. The temp employee I chose may even have been better than my regular employee! This is as much a public thank you as it is a review. Thank you STS Staffing!!!

The recruiter regina is highly unprofessional, disrespectful , & overall just rude & bad at her…read morejob. I was interviewed with two other people & we were all offered the same job based off relation. I made it clear that I would have transportation to the position offered, although one of the people had a car & said she would be the ride I still made it clear to the recruiter that my availability did not depend on anybody but myself. the other two people I was interviewed with didn't want the position anymore, also the position didn't begin until the end of the month. Anyways they canceled their pots & she took my name off the list as well then gave my position away. Once I called about details for the position all this information is sprung on me & I'm out of a gig due to her unprofessional behavior, I've tried to move past the situation & move forward with the agency but every time I call, Regina picks up the phone to argue with me about that situation, attempt to gaslight & rearrange the story just to not give me a job. she ain't stopping no bag but it's just weird that I'm not able to be treated fairly due to her not being able todo her job/ take accountability/ or even be professional & just move past the situation. she makes it personal & IT WAS HER FAULT I wasn't even going to write this but just to warn any future people interested in applying here just skip it I promise you what she offered wasn't even all that it was a two day position... but the fact that all of this happens behind it lets me know this was gonna be bs regardless

My Experience with Brewer Global…read more Brewer Global is a small staffing agency that, like many others, claims to "do things differently." In reality, their operations feel very similar to dozens of other agencies--quick job placements, but little job security, weekly pay, and no benefits. I was first placed at COURT, a furniture rental company, and later at Interblock, a small gaming equipment manufacturer. My role at Interblock was unclear from the start. The pay was $17 an hour, which is slightly better than average for staffing agencies, but that's where the positives ended. On my first day, I received no training, wasn't introduced to a supervisor or lead, and wasn't given any proper tools or PPE--not even gloves. We were restoring old gaming cabinets with high-voltage capacitors without insulated gloves, and installing heavy monitors on worn hydraulic arms without hard hats. There was no visible safety personnel on-site, and no health benefits, which made the $17 rate feel far less worthwhile given the risks involved. About two weeks in, I was let go due to attendance issues--my fault, as I relied on public transit for a 4:30 AM shift. Though I considered using rideshare services, the cost was too high for a daily commute. The company didn't offer any support or flexibility. Instead, I was met with hostility, particularly from an employee named Evelyn, who told me, "You should be grateful to us. What better job can you get?" Her attitude was unprofessional and unnecessary, and she could definitely improve her people skills. On the other hand, a staff member named Scott was consistently professional, polite, and communicative. He handled everything with respect, and his approach was a refreshing contrast. Bottom line: It's not worth working for Brewer Global--or, honestly, most staffing agencies--unless you're in a desperate situation. They fill seats quickly, but provide no stability, little respect, and few protections. You're just a temporary body to them, not an employee with long-term value.
