We live in Washington fields with clay beds and drainage issues. We decided to do a complete redo with our back yard. After his finishing, we are having drainage issues that are worse then when he started. I just engaged with a sprinkler repair service for $360 to start the process of balancing the yard. This is 8 to 9 weeks from the completion of the yard. To succeed you need to do quality work, with quality communication, and quality follow up post the sale.
