I've know Zac and Justin for years. They have personally done jobs for me. They also give me more than one option and let me decide what's best with their input. They use top products and do quality work. But the best thing is, they finish the job on time. read more

Ayala's Concrete Designs

I highly recommend this company for custom concrete. Not all concrete is created equal. I love…read moreconcrete counters and have installed them in two different homes. But you have to be very careful. These guys are very careful and very good. They are, to boot, incredibly nice people. Very conscientious. Very careful about my cabinets. Took great pride in ensuring their finished product was exactly right. Incredibly smooth finish, no seams, no bubbles, no pock marks, with a "one of a kind" custom design and finish. Ayala's is as good as it gets. A very fair price. Not only would I use them again in a heartbeat, but...I already have plans for them to do my second home. They were a true pleasure to work with!

A-1 Landscape And Concrete

(12 reviews)

We contacted several landscaping businesses in St. George area and…read more A-1 was the only one who responded. They trimmed a very large tree that was covering our street sign and stop sign. They also repaired out gravel that let weeds take over our yard. It has been several months since they performed their most compete yard care and no more weeds. They were extremely reasonable in their rate and guaranteed that if any problems occurred to contact them immediately and they would stand behind their work. Again they were the only one who responded to our request for landscaping service (one company did give us a date and time and never showed up or called us). I would highly recommend their service. Ayalas was great to work with and did an outstanding job. From our first meeting to look at the…read morejob, until completion my experience was great. Josh communicated everything clearly and accurately each step of the way. We were having a patio poured in our backyard and the concrete had to be pumped. We have a putting green next to where the patio was being poured and they made sure the putting green was covered in plastic to make sure there was no chance of cement spilling onto the green. I am extremely happy with all aspects of the job. It was completed quicker than initially discussed, they had great respect for my time and I'm extremely happy with the quality of the work. I would highly recommend Ayalas and will use their services again in the future.

Always seemed to be a good reason: need to schedule the plumber, need to have the cement dry, etc. But these reasonable delays added months before the job was completed. Then, there was a rush to finish the job; rather than level the floor with quick-dry cement, they put in a few of the unused floor planks. The floor is soft there but the tub hides the problem. But the very disappointing thing is their attempts now to collect $800 above their bid quote. Repeated attempts -- telephone and emails -- have not resulted in any response. Telephone calls go to voicemail--no response to emails. I'm waiting for an explanation for the overcharge before I make payment.
