They didn't even pull it into the garage and charged me $74 to tell me I needed a new Starter Motor. Which was already known. So here's the full story-- Called early morning Wednesday (7:09am), The mechanic that answered looked at the schedule and said he could take a look and to bring it in. It was towed and dropped off at 7:50am. They couldn't get to it (I'm a single mom so had to rent a car to pick up my son from school) They called me the following day Thursday at 12:40pm, telling me they didn't pull it into the garage or run a full diagnostic as I requested, but instead they tried starting it up and that the Starter Motor needs to be replaced. (We figured that much) -- Noticing I will need an oil change soon they added that in, for a total of $880.00 for the repair. I asked for the price without the oil change and she said $728. NEARLY $160 for an oil change is absurd. When I asked about the diagnostic and why I was being charged for a diagnostic when they didnt even give me any information we didnt already know, and they didnt run a full diagnostic, I was faced with an attitude and told "we could have charged you $140 for an hour of diagnostics, but we only charged you for a half-hour". I'm sorry does pushing the start button on a vehicle take 30 minutes? As someone that lives a block away and this is the most convenient place, I STILL wouldn't go back. Even the guys at O'Reilys said they were total rip offs.

(I had to guess which of my four tires actually needed air).. so I call back for them to fix that and the guy Ricardo, supposed Manager, wants to charge me because it was too long ago, he tried telling me someone else did that when literally my car hasn't been touched since them. He plain didn't care. They don't take accountability for their mistakes, Ricardo was rude on the phone, kept saying OMG and putting the phone down instead of hearing me out.. I will Never go there again and highly recommend you go elsewhere because if they mess up it's on you! They will steal your money. This is by far the worse customer service I have ever experienced.

We have never really used an auto repair shop, seeing as he does it all, yet this was one thing that needed to be done after replacing the transmission. One word : IMPRESSED. Quick and friendly service and honest opinions about the car - which is really appreciated - you don't always see this when going to a auto shop. The tires were not the cause of the vibration at 70 mph only and when turning right and there is no clunking. The car is at a Toyota dealer now and the vibration has been solved without changing tires and the fuel and brake lines are normal. The front tires are reported to be at 6/32 and still good, but this shop doesnt even know how to measure tread depth. I walked into the shop after their closing time at 430 and Anthony was on the phone with no one working on my car which should have been ready for pick up. Nothing but frauds here. Never been so disappointed by a new shop, never again. Had to read the tire pressure label for them after finding out they didnt even put the right amount of air in the tires. Shameful.
