Got no response after multiple attempts and then was called later that day to inform me my project was done and ready for pickup... When I went in to try and figure out what happened, they told me that they just went ahead since it was basically the design I sent.. except it was different fonts and not what I was hoping for. They offered no sort of discount, let alone any sort of apology for charging me $45 for three shirts that didn't even end up how I wanted them. Not to mention that there was sticky residue and printing lines all over two of the shirts. I tried washing it off and no luck. I asked to speak to the owner about a refund for the prints. I ask why would they take on business with an inconsistent/broken printer. I was surprised by how unprofessional and inconsiderate the owner was. The owner told me that the shirts were my problem and I was lucky to get a refund from her. I walked away with a refund for less than half the money I spent and a very unpleasant experience.
