If I could give zero stars i would!! This place is horrible!! I am a 9/11 certified person with numerous health issues. You call and they ask to place you on hold, you politely say yes. Then they place you on hold for FORTY-FIVE MINUTES AND HANG UP. You call back, it rings and they PICK UP AND HANG UP. You call back a 3rd time and they say they are too busy with patients. Hands down one of the worst experiences in healthcare I've had. The women at the front desk act like they are getting paid to chat and ignore the patients. With no one in the waiting room, they just chit chat while you are standing at the desk waiting to get checked in. Than they stare at you with a nasty look as if you can read their mind as to what to do. I felt so uncomfortable, I decided to just leave. This place and the people are horrible. I'd suggest going to another urgent care if you need medical attention. The "doctors" couldn't care less about your condition and do not provide treatment. They're not even doctors. They're PA's. The old man Castro is inappropriate and offensive. The PA Taylor wants to be a doctor so bad and he appears to be disgruntled with the fact that he just ain't good enough to be an MD. So, his disappointment with his failure to become a doctor shows in his interaction with him. If you have to visit Concentra for a work injury, please lawyer up. They do not provide treatment. The only way to get proper care is to get a lawyer. The "doctors" at Concentra follow a formula in which you attend your weekly appointments and do physical therapy. Once physical therapy ends, they will send you back to work, regardless of if you are not physically able to work. read more

Never ever go to this place. The workers are completely incompetent. They have senile Dr's working for them and they have no bedside manner. I went for a DOT certification. Now I have been taking Suboxone under my Dr's supervision with a prescription for over 10 years. If you check the DOTs national certification site it states since 2017 that you are able to be on Suboxone with a prescription and pass the DOT. I explained to them and their incompetent asses would not listen and refused to pass me. I need this for my new job and I've already given my 2 weeks notice at my old job. I have a family including an 8 year old daughter that relies on me for income. But do they care. No They received 1 star they deserve negative stars. They are stealing my livelihood from under me. They took over an hour to get my blood for labs and stuck me about 6 times. My arm is bruised and swollen badly. Read their reviews on Yelp. All reviews are 1 star, and because people say it's the lowest rating they could find. I visited Concentra Urgent Care on 09/20/2019. I had high fever and temperature. I was diagnosed by Dr. El Castro. He is too old and had hand jitters and was unable to hold his stethoscope properly without shaking. He said I do not have a fever and requested to take rest for 2-3 days. I got really sick after the visit, and my family rushed me to ER. I had 104 degree temp and was hospitalized for 5 days. I got a bill from the hospital $57,292 and other providers for around $2000, and a bill from Concentra for $134. I had called them and filed a complaint with their Medical Director about the poor quality of diagnosis. If the doctor was in a position and capability to perform an evaluation I would have avoided the $60,000 bill. The Medical center director said she will talk to her superiors and see if they can write-off or get me some discount on the $134 bill from them. But they had quietly sent over my bill behind my back to a collection agency without notifying me that I have to pay the bill. The collection agency is harassing me to pay the bill, which I had paid off to avoid this stress. I strongly advise anyone to stay away from this place. read more

I recently had strep throat and delirious with fever was trying to make my way to the doctor's office. Unfortunately my primary physician's office was closed that day when I needed the most help. I also just recently switched insurance companies and only had online proof of my coverage. I initially went to Concentra Urgent Care center whom were NOT very caring since they turned me away for not having my insurance card even though the insurance company could have faxed over proof. Concentra would not even attempt to assist me even when proof of insurance can be easily confirmed by contacting the insurance company. Please remove the Urgent Care part of your image since there is obviously NO Urgent Care offered at this center. I will NEVER EVER recommend Concentra to anyone. There is a silver lining to this story, but which doesn't involve Concentra whatsoever. I then decided to head over to another CARE STATION (first time there and NOT affiliated with Concentra) and was able to get a print out of my coverage which they accepted without any hesitation. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and seemed genuinely concerned because I looked flushed with fever and was barely able to speak. Since I was a walk-in and they offer primary care services, I waited at least an hour. However, I would have waited even longer than that to be served in an ER unit of a hospital. I was very grateful that the CARE STATION focused more on my physical condition instead of proof of insurance. The physicians and staff were very thorough and helped me get the antibiotics I desperately needed. The CARE STATION lives up to it's name UNLIKE Concentra "NO URGENT CARE" read more

They have you wait for hours even though you are the only person there and all they do is gossip to a level where the waiting room and exam room can hear them. Hands down the WORST urgent care center EVER. They are unaware of how to process insurance. Called to the a prescription refill - left me on hold for 10 min. Some SNOTTY woman got back on and after asking my name/social and "what were you here for" told me they "don't do refills". Waste of my time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The PA insisted what I had was viral. When I became sicker he still insisted in was viral - but gave me an antibiotic anyway - which made me better. Came here to get blood work for both myself and my daughter months ago as the proximity to my house is great. The staff at the desk were rude and condescending. The wait time was ridiculous. The phlebotomist, although very sweet, had no idea what he was doing. He struggled through drawing my blood and stuck my daughter twice without getting a vein. Make appointment with their specialist did not listen to the issue I am having and was looking at the incorrect place. Had an appointment made by my work and got all the way to their office to refuse to see me. Dr Lester is the rudest doctor and referred me to his partner who is now is refusing to see me. I recently went to Concentra because my doctor was closed and they took my insurance coverage The doctor that I saw wasnt a doctor but was a physicians assistant which I was totally fine with but he was very rude cold and uncaring I told him that everyone in my house was getting over being sick so now it was my turn and I was feeling really terrible had a fever and what I thought was a sinus infection since I've had many of them in the past and have a history of that I also told him that I had sinus surgery but I know what it felt like to have a sinus infection He totally disregarded my feelings told me he was just going to give me cough medicine with codeine and to take over-the-counter medicine and let my own antibodies fight off what he said was viral A few days later I called back because I was feeling worse and I spoke with him and he still refused to give me an antibiotic even though I was feeling worse and I told him I really needed to feel better because I work with special needs kids and I could not go to work feeling the way that I did He still disregarded my feelings and didn't even care that I was feeling worse and still would not give me an antibiotic A few days later still feeling worse every day I went to my regular Doctor Who told me good thing that I came in when I did because I had sinus infection and bronchitis which could turn to pneumonia!! He prescribed me an antibiotic and an inhaler And within a couple days I was finally starting to feel myself again Needless to say I will never be going back to Concentra urgent care again ..the physicians assistant was very cold and uncaring and refuses to give people antibiotics just saying that things are viral when all I did was continue to feel worse and worse!! Please be aware of this if you were going to Concentra it really isn't worth the wait there to find out that the doctor isn't going to help you read more

I have been here quite a few times for sinus problems and other emergencies like burns, etc when I can't get into my doctor. I find that they are extremely nice and accomodating. Very friendly, put me at ease. The wait is not too long and if there are a lot of people they do the best they can. Dr. Jeff Taylor is great- explains things and will answer questions.
