We have been several urgent cares before and it's usually very packed and especially busy during the weekend. The wait time can be a few hours just to see a doctor. This urgent care is located right next to the Fwy. So it's very easy to find and plenty of parking spaces. I was amazed how empty and there was only 1 person in front of us. It took only 5 mins to check in after filling out all the medical paperwork. In less than 5-10 mins, a nurse already called us in to take my dad's health readings and immediately had a heart machine to monitor his heartbeat. In about 5-10 mins the doctor came in to check on my dad. Afterwards, it just took a little longer to wait for misc paperwork. I was amazed in less than 45 mins, we were in and out!!!! The facility was cleaned. They even have a security guard on site for our safety. The staff could also speak Chinese and overall they were professional and friendly! I highly recommend this urgent care vs going to an overcrowded facility which will take a few hours of wait and the more wait seeing the doctors and taking care of other misc items before you can actually leave!

Doctor(s) was amazing with great bedside manner and a sense of humor, the nurse was a sweetheart, receptionist today was awesome and accommodating... man, even the security guard is a sweet man, we spoke for a while outside since I arrived before opening. My last visit (today) was quite busy, being a Saturday in the middle of Covid and flu season. Nonetheless, I felt like I got the attention I needed in a pleasant and efficient manner, which is what prompted me to write some kind words to these heroes. I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Azeem. I went to this urgent care for multiple itchy…read morered bumps that I believed were insect bites. He diagnosed the condition as contact dermatitis and prescribed oral antibiotics and oral steroids for one week. He also advised me to pay $250 in cash instead of billing the visit through my insurance, which made me uncomfortable. Because I was concerned about taking these medications without being certain they were necessary, I later consulted a dermatologist. The dermatologist diagnosed the condition as mosquito bites and advised me to use hydrocortisone cream. The bites healed within approximately three days with the topical treatment. I understand that medical opinions can differ, but I was very concerned that I had been prescribed oral antibiotics and steroids when the dermatologist determined that only a mild topical cream was needed. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this practitioner.

I especially want to recognize Dr. Andrew. I've been seeing him for a couple of years now, and he has never once disappointed me. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and has a way of making you feel comfortable and genuinely heard. That kind of care is hard to find these days. I highly recommend this urgent care to anyone who needs quality medical attention. I actually drive from Mid-City Los Angeles just to come here, and I think that says everything. When you're willing to drive over an hour because you trust the doctors and staff, you know you've found a place that's truly exceptional.

Frustrating and unprofessional front desk experience. While the medical care itself might be fine,…read morethe administrative staff at this facility are incredibly disorganized and do not take their jobs seriously. When checking in, I was asked for my name and birthdate at least five times, despite already writing all of that exact information down on the sign-in sheet they instructed me to use. The lack of attention to detail and basic communication is ridiculous. On top of that, I had been waiting days for my lab results after being promised they would be emailed to me. They never arrived. I had to physically come back into the clinic just to get them. I ultimately had to stand there and force them to send the email right in front of me--and even during that process, they asked for my birthdate yet again. The front desk staff desperately need training on professionalism, basic workflow, and customer service.

Anyway, my visit was quick and thorough. The doctor had the perfect balance between being professional and being personable. The nurse (nurse Wang) spent time building rapport and creating a comfortable environment for me as they drew blood. After all was said and done I was only charged $200 for the blood/urine tests they sent out to do. I know people on Yelp think they are getting "ripped off", but $200 is not a lot for blood work. My husband had his done at a different clinic and it ended up being $1100 for the same tests. I would recommend going here if you want to work with professional and precise individuals. I would also mention that both doctors are board certified so they know what they're doing.

The doctor seemed rushed and did not take the time to listen to my concerns or fully understand what I was experiencing. His bedside manner was not friendly, and I felt dismissed during the visit. After a brief examination, he prescribed two medications. However, when I arrived at the pharmacy, I discovered that only one prescription had been sent, and the other had been forgotten. This caused additional frustration and delayed my treatment. When patients come to urgent care, especially when they are in significant pain, they deserve to feel heard, respected, and cared for. Many places can make you feel like an inconvenience when you arrive close to closing time, but that was not the case here. The energy at the front desk was warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. In fact, after speaking with the receptionist, another staff member walked up, recognized my voice from the phone call, and handed over my information. It was clear they were already prepared for my arrival, which made me feel valued and cared for. Steve, the nurse who took my vitals, was absolutely wonderful. He was friendly, personable, compassionate, and made me feel completely at ease. His kindness genuinely stood out and turned what could have been a stressful visit into a pleasant experience. Dr. Kwon was equally amazing. He was knowledgeable, thorough, understanding, and took the time to answer every question I had. I never felt rushed, and I felt completely comfortable discussing all of my concerns with him. Every single interaction I had at this office was positive. The facility itself was clean, organized, and welcoming, but what truly made this experience a 10/10 was the kindness and professionalism of the staff.
