So I stopped in to inquire why the labs didn't get sent. They offered NO explanations and said that I had to have my son come in with me with his ID before they could release any information. I understand HIPPA and everything, but they would not even tell me if the labs ever got sent to the doctor. They told me NOTHING and the woman that I dealt with seemed to really get off on her little power trip...how sad. I them asked if they could just send the labs results out again to the doctor: Denied! They said the doctor has to call the "results" line to get the results. So I asked for that number so I could give it to his doctor: Denied! I swear these little b*tches get off on making things as difficult as possible for their customers. This is not the first time I've experienced "attitude" from the women who work there. Terrible people. Terrible place. I will NOT be back to this office ever again. If you want to be treated like you're a piece of crap and that you're "bothering" them to DO THEIR JOB, this is the perfect place to go.

I agree with other reviewers that the wait time was rough, and it would be helpful to know the approximate wait time when checking in. Once we were called back, however, the care was very good. We were seen by a PA who was clear and confident in diagnosing my son's injury, which required stitches behind his ear. She mentioned that she hadn't eaten all day because she had been so busy, which really highlighted just how much demand they were dealing with. She did a great job with the stitches and took the time needed to make sure we fully understood the discharge instructions. I felt that the quality of care was very good, and ultimately, that's what matters most. I'm giving 4 stars because the care itself was excellent, but the facility clearly needs more physicians and staff to better meet the demand and reduce the lengthy wait times.

Her assistant is great, and the office staff for the most part is very nice and helpful, but it takes hours to get a call back on an issue. I then drove to my current physician's office asking if they had received a fax request for my medical records. It turns out the office staff at NAMC never sent the requests for my medical records! As a result, I will not be leaving my current doctor because if the NAMC office staff cannot handle 2 faxes, I will not put my health in their hands. We just switched over to Lincoln Pediatrics a little over a month ago for my 14 month old. They…read moresimply had me drop off her files and advised they would call back to book an appointment once one of the doctors reviewed her files. There are a number of pediatricians as well as a couple of nurse practitioners as well. We have been a handful of times already for emergency appointments as my daughters been sick with a cold, flu, cough and they have been extremely accommodating with scheduling these. One of the great things is that they are open late, until about 7 I believe, as well as Saturday's. My daughters been seen by one of the nurse practitioners, as well as two of the doctors. Everyone has been extremely pleasant. They have a fairly decent sized waiting room (although not sure if they have a specific area for sick versus healthy patients) but it has a separate area for teens. The patient rooms are on the smaller side and they do ask that babies get stripped down to a diaper for weight/examination. Overall, good experience so far, although I'm not sure who our 'default' pediatrician is within this practice, I will have to ask next time I am there. I have also called after hours and one of the doctors from the practice who was on call, called back in a timely manner and was extremely pleasant and understanding of the situation and reason I had called. In the past at another practice, I felt as though on call pediatricians sounded annoyed calling back, and not even during any crazy hours. So far so good!
