So we had to look up their birth records at the municipio; city hall of records. Now PA is off the beaten path and not a tourist location by any means but it's filled with its own history and contains a lot of old schools, churches and other interesting buildings. I wouldn't expect anyone would visit here unless they had a reason like we did. The people at the municipio were very nice and understanding, even though very little English was spoken. We were able to communicate with the help of our driver and got some neat information from 1878 & 1887 for our grandfather and grandmother respectfully.
