Se desse para dar nota negativa eu dava, pior atendimento do mundo. Já comi antes lá e sabia que o atendimento era ruim mas eles conseguiram se superar. Cheguei com uma fila de espera boa, mas até aí nada de mais, resolvi pedir para viagem e o atendente informou que iria demorar de 20-30 min. Depois de 30 fomos reclamar, a pessoa nem olhou a nota falou que era normal e só faltou nos enxotar do balcão. Depois de 40 fui eu reclamar e falei com o gerente, ele falou que deu erro no sistema e não tinha registrado o pedido mas que ia dar prioridade e em 9 min saía; eu estava me deglutindo de fome e aceitei... Após 50 fui pedir meu dinheiro de volta, o hambúrguer não estava nem pronto de sair e já tinham saído outros pedidos após minha última reclamação, até o gerente liberar a devolução passou-se 1 hora e aí eles queriam nos dar os hambúrgueres. Não aceitei, não recomendo ninguém a ir passar pelo mesmo perrengue. Normalmente já é muito demorado, agora 1hora para um hambúrguer depois de já ter pedido é demais. O lugar cheio de maconheiro, se você assim como eu não gosta disso e quer levar para viagem vai sofrer algo semelhante. Se quiser sentar, prepare-se para esperar algo parecido para comer; isso se der sorte. O hambúrguer é gostoso mas não vale o esforço, o preço também não é atrativo. Existem lugares melhores e mais profissionais.

It was not my first time at this place, I knew it would take a considerable amount of time till I could eat but I tried to anyway. I arrived with a good sized waitlist and decided to takeout, when I placed my order the cashier said it would take 20-30 min. With 30 min we complained, and the person at the bar not even looked at our order said that it was "normal" and almost shooed us. After 40 min I went to the manager, he said that there was a problem with the system and that our order was not registered, but that he would give us priority and that in 9 min it would be ready, since I was already starving I accepted... After 50 I went to get my money back, the burgers were not even close to be ready for what I saw and other orders were already done, talk about priority... The attendant said she had to ask the manager and till she came back 1 hour had passed, at which time she announced the burgers were ready and if I wanted them. Took my money back never to return. The place is full of people using marijuana, and if you as me doesn't like it and want to takeout you will experience something similar, if you choose to wait and have a seat you can wait up to 1hr if you are lucky. The burger is good but not worth the hassle, it also does not have an attractive price. There are better places with good burgers and a professional service. read more
