They have and still treat my son like he is their child, which I love. He jumps out of our arms to get to them. My son has now moved on to another room and I have had some minor issues, but needless to say, Anna, Melissa, owner, and teachers always listen and make adjustments no matter how over the top I am...(remember new mom) my son seems to be advancing with holding his bottle, moving around, and overall meeting all his milestones either early or right on time thanks to the staff. My son enjoys his interaction with the other kids and is tired out by the time he reaches home allowing for a great sleeping schedule for the whole family. Overall my little guy is happy, so I'm happy. The only thing I would recommend is deep clean the rooms and possibly invest in an air purifier because the kids are always sick. The teachers and staff are wonderful and know every student by name. They have been extremely diligent about staying clean and sanitizing as well as taking every precaution including temperature checks and masks for everyone over the age of 2. Then lies on boo boo reports on what really happens to your child. The owner doesn't exhibit stable knowledge of how to professionally and safely to run her business she routes you to anyone in the front even to make a tuition payment that's the most knowledgeable thing you should know when running a business is how to get paid for your services. I've several meetings with her and the then director and not much changed. The turn over rate is very high there always having to get to know a new teacher. The now current director there Jamelly I don't feel is suitable for her role being that she's very spiteful and not truthful when speaking with same as the other director was I'm guessing this is a character trait to work within this facility that they will lie to your face and expect you to be ok will them learning to properly care for your child as the days go by. She covered for a teachers who miss kids I spoke with her about a teacher miss treating my child and of course the camera didn't catch it and the teacher denied it. I've spoken to the owner and the then curriculum coordinator now turn assistant director to about providing more learning assignments and progress on that was still coming along slowly. My son is learning things like manners, practical life skills, and academic skills in the Transitions class (with 2 and 3 year olds) and he is thriving at this school. His teachers have all been excellent. His teachers in the Toddler II class (Ms. Nancy and Ms. Salma) were fantastic teachers and were always so patient and kind with the kids. Ms. Satiya and Ms. Ishrath are his current teachers in the Transitions class and I adore them. Ms. Satiya is like the kid-whisperer!! She is the perfect combination of kind, gentle, and strict. Ms. Ishrath helps the kids with their lessons and academic work in the morning and every morning I see every child engaged in what they are doing! My son is always very excited to go to school and get his lesson mat. I can't say enough great things about this place. My family and I are SO fortunate to have found it last summer!

While watching the classroom cameras, I observed teachers spending extended periods engaged in conversation with each other instead of actively engaging with and supervising the children. I observed staff members on their phones, a teacher leave the classroom while children remained inside, and a teacher sitting at the desk while there appeared to be very little engagement or instruction taking place. Most concerning to me was watching an older child repeatedly swing at a smaller child while I did not see appropriate intervention from staff. When I arrived to pick up my daughter, I also personally witnessed teachers sitting on the same table where the children were eating their lunch. I saved the video footage documenting what I observed and sent the videos directly to the director. Despite providing that documentation, I have not received any meaningful follow-up regarding the safety and supervision concerns I raised, nor have I received a resolution regarding the full refund I requested. When I requested my refund, I was referred to the school's policy requiring 30 days' notice in order to receive the deposit back and requiring the child to remain enrolled during that notice period. I understand having a 30-day policy for a normal withdrawal, but this was not a normal withdrawal or simply a change of mind. I removed my daughter approximately 3.5 hours into her first day because of what I personally observed. There is absolutely no way I would leave my child in an environment I no longer felt comfortable with for another 30 minutes simply to satisfy a policy, much less another 30 days. What is particularly concerning to me is that the school's own policies also state that staff members are not supposed to be on their phones, yet I have video footage of staff using their phones during the time my daughter was there. I find it difficult to understand how the 30-day policy can be strictly enforced against a parent while the concerns I documented regarding staff conduct and supervision have not been addressed. I believe the circumstances surrounding my daughter's immediate withdrawal should be taken into consideration when determining whether the standard 30-day withdrawal policy applies. My daughter's safety comes before a deposit or tuition payment. I am sharing this experience because other parents deserve to know what I personally observed and how my concerns were handled so they can make their own informed decision about where they leave their children.

The daycare looked no different than any other I had visited however i got a really good vibe with the people. The daycare's hours also worked very well with my schedule 5:30 am -9 pm. My son had a great time at this daycare and was well take care of. Many times I would pick him up and he would sleep for the rest of the night.
