They quote you prices for service but the correct process is you should be given a itemized price list and you pick what you want. And not what color you burying the deceased for the casket you are suppose to pick the casket. Each item of service should be itemized with a price not the word included. Death certificates are 10.00 with the health dept and she charge 20.00 with no explanation of why. If any of the above has happen to you more than likely you've been overcharged and should contact the Funeral Compliance office in Tallahassee at (850)413-3039 to file a complaint. To be taken an advantage of in the time of a love death is the lowest but if everyone file a complaint this can be stopped. I filed a complaint. UPDATE: MY COMPLAINT WAS COMPLETED AND AFTER THE INVESTIGATION THERE WAS A FINDING OF 4 VIOLATIONS. These people are unprofessional, unresponsive and will flat out rip you off. They knowing did…read morewarranty work yet still billed us for every job instead of billing the manufacturer. Then they claimed they would give us credits and lied about that as well. Placed service call Tuesday and then followed up Friday and said they were too busy. Yet miraculously somebody shows up Saturday morning so they can charge overtime. Replaced Toilets that did not need to be replaced. Bottom line is they are one of the most horrible contractors we've ever dealt with. Should be ZERO STARS

Mu complaint is not that I was sent an inexperienced plumber that resukted in a $360 bill. My complaint is what he did in the process. Grease from the snake covered the entire bathroom: on the walks, on my bathrobe, and ALL OVER my tile floor. He also broke my telescopic shower head when he checked out he shower drain, which was affected by the stoppage. I contacted Dean, who made the appointment during my initial call. He thought it was funny. Asked, "Does the toilet flush?" As if that's all that matters. Evidently, these folks will unclog a drain, albeit very slowly, but they literally couldn't care less about the havoc they wreak in the process. I previously used Passion Service Pro, and they managed to get the job done without my having to spend days and money trying different products to get the stains out of the grout. They also didn't break hardware in the bathroom. Oh, yeah. I also asked for a receipt for the check I was required to give Cody when he left. Instead, I got an invoice, made out to the wrong person.
