Absolutely one of the rudest people I've ever met. He's rude rude rude. He did fix my computer, but refused to throw away my broken cord, and then refused any further services when I threw the cord into an outside trash bin. I cannot believe he's still on service with such bad customer service and unfinished office. I could not believe how terrible I felt leaving his shop. It was shameful treatment. Ps. Don't try to buy a soda or ask advice, he is just smug and rude 100 percent. A friend recommended him to me but neither of us will ever be going back. He's the only computer guy in town, but you're better off driving to Klammath or Redding. My $50 estimate jumped to $200, and when he couldn't reach me by phone he threatened to keep my whole computer for himself. I thought he was joking, but soon realized that he has no sense of humor.
