Just this morning I took my lap top into PC Quest on Morgan Avenue…read more I explained that my lap top is 4 years old and, despite it showing that it received the charge, it would not turn on. The young man at the counter appeared sluggish as I handed him the lap top and not really interested and stated that it was an older machine and asked if I had tried a different charger. To which I answered that it had taken the charge as the orange light had turned to white. (in the past that had signified that it was charged.) In my opinion, they don't truly care about their patient's mental health as they refused to allow me to see my original NP, who had my condition(s) under control. I would strongly advise against utilizing the Princeton, KY location at this particular time. Again, this is my opinion, my experience.
