Dirty cabinets , mice dropping, roaches EVERYWHERE. All appliances not working during moving in date. Alot of hidden fees. Mind there website has apartm for 11 something but they automatically make it 1200. Water not included inside of rent neither is with. so you're looking at about 1350 for a ran down place that needs to be torn down. O and I have pictures for proof. Heat harm harldy works. Tenant can't seem to get the trash in the trash cans, and there are so many big dogs, and the owners don't pick up the poop, neither does the crew (consistently), piles and piles of crap under my bedroom window, can't even enjoy the fresh air. So if your desperate and have no other choice, welcome to the jungle, if you do run. I have only one regret, I still have ten months left.

This apartment was recently purchased under new management. Which is terrible there is no support…read morewhen the office is closed. No maintenance number nothing. I'm escalating their way of business to the BBB. They need someone on site 24 or atleast a number we can called or something. Twice in the last month I have not had any hot water. It's in a terrible neighborhood and there has been a ton of break ins recently. They keep promising to put cameras up but seeing is believing. The surrounding areas for food are pretty bad. I always go out of the area to shop for grocery's or get food or anything in general. I moved across the country not knowing what was what and I really regret moving here to the apex UPDATE : 8/30 the power is out yet again. I have no clue why but this is the 5 time since I've been her since December 2023. Neighbors got power to the right the other building across the street has power but the central units keep losing power. Losing power and water multiple times is absolutely terrible. Feel like I'm in a third world apartments. Called Duke and all they can say is power will be on shortly. I don't understand why it keeps happening to this mess apartments Greatly wish I never came to live here!! Live here!! And no cameras yet! I will post when they have gotten cameras. I already love my apartment--it is so clean, and the community grounds are absolutely beautiful and well-kept. As a Christian, I always want to be completely honest, so I do want to mention that maintenance requests can take a little while to complete. I put a few things on my work order, like my dishwasher and a slanted countertop, and am still waiting for them to be fixed. However, the peaceful environment and clean space have been such a blessing, and I am very happy to be here!
