One of those things was reducing the number of keys hanging from my steering column and belt. A couple years ago while in the area, I stopped in this shop to replace a cracked vehicle key before it broke off. I saw a gold padlock on the counter with a house key in it. "You guys can actually make padlocks that use house and office keys", I asked. It was explained that it is possible. I immediately had some padlocks made for me, drastically reducing the senseless number of keys hanging from my steering column and making a small part of my life far more simple. For me, this was a great idea because I'm the only one working all these locks. For someone else who has a number of people working a bunch of locks, ...maybe give that some security thought. A while ago I recieved a call that there was a door ajar notification. By the time that I got there the local police had already checked the entire area and were waiting for entry. Just recently had my first service related issue, trouble setting the lockout code. The owner of the company came out and diagnosed the issue as smoke alarm batterys and motion sensor adjustment. I bought the batterys and had a small issue with clearing a code. The owner of the company came back out and showed me how to correctly clear all the codes. The issue is resolved and I could not be happier with the product and the service that I recieved. I HIGHLY recommend this company for ALL your security system needs. Dave Tomczak

If you live in an area where you have freezing conditions in the winter months they will probably will try to schedule them then so they don't have to conduct the flow tests due to freezing. When you try to cancel a contract for the above mentioned issue they want to hose you with an early termination fee. LOOK ELSEWHERE. Once a tech shows up they usually fix the problem. I have to email and call the office many times to get a service tech to show up. I've had this problem for the whole year that I've had the service contract. I pay a monthly fee and can't get any service. They are also over priced and their service is almost non-existent.
