Extremely unprofessional. Her group agreed to provide coparenting counseling and performed individual intake sessions with my ex-wife and me. I called the group several times and heard nothing back. After a couple weeks, I reached someone who requested my court documentation. I provided and received a call back indicating they were too busy to continue the work. What a waste of time and money; avoid this therapist and the Comprehensive Psychological and Wellness Center in Forked River, NJ. read more

Dr Granato was late for appointments, very cold, unwelcoming, arrogant and condescending. I tried to make it work with her since she sounded great on paper, but stopped working with her quickly when she shut the door in my face at one appointment. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. read more

Beware! I had my…read moreintake appointment with this practice and made my first appointment to begin therapeutic sessions for the following week. I showed up for my first appointment and waited for 45 minutes before I got up to ask what's wrong. Turns out that they just completely forgot all about me. Despite having my appointment card (in their handwriting), they just didn't seem to care at all and suggested that I refer to the "Psychology Today" website to find a different clinician. Very bizarre. I had just been discharged from an Intensive Outpatient Program (and a psychiatric hospital before that) and these people just completely ghosted me. I got the impression that the clinicians at Mindful Solutions aren't really up to the task of treating severe psychiatric disorders. Nice work, Mindful Solutions [/sarcasm]. I hope you don't treat all suicidal people like this. The blood will be on your hands.

Mindful solutions has deteriorated the barrier I had regarding self help, and they have shown me wonders. For many years I was bound by the shackles of anxiety, abnormal thought processes, depression and even dissociation. Mindful solutions had immediately began unearthing origins of my aliments within minutes of my first session, and in that same moment I started feeling weight being lifted off my shoulders. The therapists here (mine is CBT), had never missed a beat in the rhythm analysis and client/therapist relationships, effortlessly. The front end is tirelessly motivated to get you the help that you need, due to an onboarding screening service they find a therapist or help tailored specifically for you and your needs, a service and companionship unprecedented in my experiences. If you or a loved one is struggling to any capacity, please follow up with mindful solutions. From the very moment I picked up the phone with shaking hands, to this day I have been treated well, fair and with a tremendous respect and confidentiality. My life has been illuminated with new lights never before seen in my eyes, and I wish the same for you. Please, do not hesitate. Call mindful solutions, and make the change in your life you may never thought to be possible.
