We were there to get a second opinion initially, for a broken bone in one of the feet, as the first…read morepodiatrist had mentioned it was no big deal and that no treatment was needed--even though small fractured pieces were clearly visible on the x-ray. From the very beginning, everything about this office stood out in the best way: the appointment scheduling was effortless, the check-in process was smooth, and the wait time was amazingly minimal--less than five minutes! The front desk receptionists were warm, attentive, and welcoming, setting a professional yet caring tone right from the start. The nurses were equally wonderful--kind, efficient, and reassuring--making sure every step felt comfortable and supported. Together, the staff created an atmosphere that was not just professional, but truly exceptional. Dr. Kim herself was outstanding. She is extremely knowledgeable, approachable, and compassionate. She immediately provided a proper medical boot, carefully checked the tendons and surrounding areas, and explained how to take care of the injury properly during day-to-day activities. Her clear explanations and thoughtful guidance gave us complete confidence that we were in the right hands. This second opinion turned out to be the best decision we could have made. We are deeply grateful for the level of care received here and would wholeheartedly recommend this office to anyone in need of podiatric care.

The assistant who helped me at the front desk was also kind and considerate! Booking an appointment was easy. Once I arrived, there was little to no wait time. The waiting room and exam room were both clean, quiet, and comfortable. The elevator can take some time because this is a high-rise building. As a result, I just took the stairs when leaving the office since she is only on the 3rd floor. Parking was at first intimidating; however, I learned that off-side parking on 82nd Ave (one block away) is on Thursday and on Friday mornings, I believe (double check when you arrive, just to be sure). Metered parking starts at 9am. So, if you book your appointment in the morning on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, and you arrive between 8:20am - 8:45am, you are likely to find parking there. Because the doctor is efficient, and there was no wait time, I was in and out without paying more than a dollar for parking! This may not be the case for you depending upon your needs and the actual time of your appointment, but I hope this info is helpful. The office is right off of Queens Blvd, so the train station and bus stop are also right nearby! I even had a prescription filled .... the front desk staff called it in within minutes, and my prescription was ready by the time I reached the pharmacy. Great service, lovely experience, and caring professionals - five stars, for real! I hope this information helps.
