I was extremely pleased with the service I got from the technician but customer service, not so…read moremuch. I was given a gift card from Spa Wellness and found this location on their site for "who accepts our gift cards". I booked my appointment weeks ago. When I finished my session, I presented the card for payment. The young lady says "ohhhh we don't take these anymore"... another lady comes out the back and confirms and says "we haven't accepted these in like 2 years" I say "oh I found you on their site as som who accepts their card" she says "that's a them thing" gives me a $20 discount and I had to pay $85 out of pocket that I did not intend to pay. yesterday was my birthday and I had an appointment for yesterday but they cancelled and rescheduled me 45 minutes before my appointment. I called Spa Wellness they look them up and says they just accepted a card from us in December (same location) they have 3 locations and are owned by the same owner and if they don't want to use our cards they need to let us know. that has nothing to do with me. both of these businesses suck because they are asking, me, the customer, to get in the middle of their business agreement. Nobody offered to give me my money back or a real solution of how I got to this location in the first place. up until it went this way, I was considering a membership and purchasing their facial products because it's the brand I use. but not now, I'll support Karmel's Day Spa in Englewood Ohio and I'll continue to buy my facial products from CVS.com. First they rescheduled…read moreher appointment twice and on the 3rd try she was given someone who "specializes" in facial/cranial massages although she was there for a full body massage. Needless to say he focused most of the time on the head and not enough time on the full body. The girl who ended up massaging me was very young and fresh out of "massage school" and that was evident. I mentioned my lower back needed attention and she skipped that all together. She and the intake specialist mentioned face and head massage and she skipped those areas as well. This place is definitely not a spa and the push for a membership after that experience was laughable. Of course they show a full body on their tablet stating the whole area has a lot of stress. How would you know that when you skipped areas? Do not go to a retail spa in a strip center; the location is poor, parking is bad and the masseuse does not listen to your concerns. Customer Service training 101 should be implemented here.

They charge each month for frozen account. They charge to transfer over massages to a spouse. If u cancel only have 30 days to use your built up massages. This has ended up being a stressful mistake.
