Well, they fit me in as the last appointment of the night (8:30pm). As soon as I got there, Jordan greeted me at the door as soon as I got off the elevator. I was early and he took me right in. Jordan was great at explaining everything and did an amazing job on my neck and back. He was very respectful and I couldn't have asked for anything more.
