went in this morning with a vape pen not working. I ask "My vape has stopped working, can you help me with this?" explained half the issue before he checked if it was charging and then told me I was using an incorrect power supply, told him this is the second time I've had a similar issue but last time it was an issue with the air intake NOT the charge, could they be related? as the issue I'm having now is displaying symptoms of Air Intake issues.... I got halfway through saying this 3 times because he talked over me each time. When I said it for the fourth time I was told "I don't know why you are telling me this". I was telling you this because most people hear the full story or issue before making judgement. Told him he was rude and if he didn't talk over people all the time maybe he would know why.
I used to encourage others to use local small business especially during this time but I certainly won't be coming here again, if this is how you think customers should be treated you don't deserve customers. Disgusting read more
