Don't waste you time or your money. Staff are rude and unhelpful and their products are ridiculously overpriced. I bought a vape for $95 and 2-3 weeks later it had stopped working. I rang the store twice and basically got brushed off with we will contact the manufacturer and get back to you. Well, never heard back from them, so decided to go into the store. Long story short, got told it was my fault that the vape was broken and that i had obviously dropped it. Well, i had not dropped it and I was absolutely disgusted with the treatment I received. They had no interest in even looking at my problem or trying to helping anyway. I visited another Vape shop in Thebarton and they are selling the exact same Vape for $35 so unless you want to waste your money for a piece of crap that doesn't work then avoid, avoid, avoid. If i could i would be giving them no stars. Bad way to keep business is all i can say. Will not be recommending to any of my friends who live in or around the Prospect area. read more
