You can expect to be satisfied upon completion. The owner does not calculate final payment until he is sure the homeowner is pleased. I called Hathcock Home Services for gutter installation at my home. The quote was fair, the crew was timely and the product is quality. I could not be more satisfied with this contractor. Everyone has their "contractor nightmare" stories and no one likes to deal with the uncertainty. This is hands down the best contractor I have ever hired to do a job. Adam at Hathcock said they could not refund the deposit because they already purchased the materials. This is a standard 6-inch white gutter install. I don't believe their excuse for a minute that this material cannot be used on another job. I told them even a $600 refund would be helpful to me at this time. NO RESPONSE. This is a terrible way to treat a previous customer.
