DO NOT USE. Our experience of complete shutters is very similar to the other 1 star reviews, and it makes me doubtful that any of the 5 star reviews are genuine. We ordered the shutters back in March 2019, paid a deposit and organised a fitting date for May. When we called to confirm the fitting date in May we were told that they had no record of this despite the fact we had it in an email from them. Then came weeks of no communication and constant chasing of when the shutters which were meant to take 4 weeks to arrive would be fitted. Their customer service during this period was awful - no explanation of the delay or apologies at all, just lots of excuses about systems being down, person X not there, someone in diabetic coma, someones Grandma died.... We eventually had the shutters fitted in July - they look ok but on inspection there are two cracks in the frame, one VERY big, which they had just filled with white filler. We immediately told them of the damage, they even came round and agreed to replace back in July. Over the next 4 months we had multiple fitter appointments organised through chasing them, all of which have been missed with no warning or even follow up call the next day to explain the no show. I realise things come up but this company is a joke and should be avoided. We bought a product expecting a warranty which is meaningless when the company avoids trying to fix things. read more
