He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful explaining the problem and identifying the immediate solution he implemented to ensure we had a safe and secure roof able to withstand the upcoming storm season. Yesterday we had a roof installation with Complete Roofing, LLC. It was an excellent experience from beginning to end! Their crew was top notch, and took great care in removing the old roof, replacing all the damaged plywood, then covering it with quality materials. They cleaned up the entire yard. My husband and I were so pleased by their attention to detail and friendly service. Shelly, the owner, stayed in constant communication with us during the entire process. Jason followed up today by picking up their trailer and once again, going over our yard with the magnet to make doubly sure there were no nails left behind. Jason at Complete Roofing is friendly, helpful, and professional. We had some ductwork done on an older home, and he assisted the HVAC company with installing a range hood. During that call, he sealed up an older leak as a courtesy at no extra cost. We then discovered a new leak around a vent following additional duct work.
