I have never received such horrible customer service from a business. I have American Home Shield Home Warranty and this place is the only one who could service my in-ground pool because it is covered under warranty. Not only did Complete Pool and Spa talk crap about my warranty company but they called me to have me call my warranty company and get their $100 trip fee approved before they would even come out. They gave me the run around for 3 weeks saying i needed a pump and then when they came with the pump, they didn't have certain parts for it and they would lie and say it was ordered and someone else would say it is in stock. The owner Butch, and his daughter both hung up on me and treated me like crap. They also said they don't like working with my warranty company because they don't pay in a timely manner. Steer clear of this place. They messed up the backfill around my pool when they installed it. The deck settled 1-1/2" and now doesn't match the rock patio I put all the way around it. Also, they replaced our liner this year and our pool started leaking. Called them all summer to come fix it. They finally came out twice in the fall, charging a trip charge each time. Left the plumbing cut up in pieces after performing their test to confirm it was leaking, then charged another trip charge to come put it back together. The leak was caused by their terrible backfill job and the settling. They have received the last of our money. read more

I called to see about repair for my hot tub. the guy came out said he couldn't fix it and left after charging me $75 for his 15 minutes. That is not my complaint though. He left the parts to my hot tub strewn around the yard. Left the hose that he used hooked up without telling me. I was lucky that I found that. Even though I agreed with him that he couldn't fix it I expected him to put things back the way he found them. The motor part was still in good shape but he left it exposed and I found the stuff to insulate it blowing around my yard since I hadn't stood over him and watched I don't know how to put it back on. When I called them for help with it they let me know it would be another $75. so now I have to try and do it myself again. I will never use that place or recommend it to anyone read more
