Awful decision to try and make a cleaning appointment (or any appointment) here. Made first appointment and they cancelled the day before so rescheduled and cancelled not 2hours before the appointment. Come to look more this place isn't even backed by the BBB so I am moving forward with a complaint to the state dental board. This place is beyond unprofessional it's unacceptable!! read more

Save yourself a lot of time, stress and frustration and call some other dentist office. Wigged 45 minutes to be taken back for my first appointment. Had to ask for the fresh blood on the chair to be cleaned off before I sat down. Waited an hour in the chair to find out that my first appointment would not include a cleaning! It was sold to me over the phone as a "cleaning and X-rays." Not true, first appointments are conciliations to determine the type of cleaning you will need.... So I was booked for a cleaning that didn't happen. I waited two hours before seeing the doctor who only came to my room because I complained. It was determined that I only needed a general cleaning and was encouraged to make a new appointment for that service. Waited two hours and left without a cleaning! Upon a follow up call after the appointment to complain I was given bad information regarding a completely different patients file! Save yourself and do not go here. Wasted my time and billed my insurance for nothing If I could give it zero stars I would. 12 chairs and one dentist... wayyy too busy for the care of patience. read more

I've been going here for years, in terms of dentistry they're definitely not the best I've ever experienced, but the office staff has always been a major pain. Recently I had a routine cleaning appointment and usually they send a conformation text like a week before, but i never received one. They recently moved, so i thought maybe they changed their conformation policies too, who knows? Anyway, having never got a text from them, the morning of my visit i called them twice just to make sure i still had an appointment, nobody answered the phone either time. So finally i just went there for my appointment anyway, and the office staff curtly informed me that my appointment was cancelled because i never confirmed. I told them i never received a text or message from them, they said that them most definitely sent one and that was that. I even informed them that i tried calling them that day to make sure everything was fine and that they didn't answer their phone either time, to which they just dismissed by saying they get a lot of calls and messages, they can't be expected to answer all those. I should note that this seems like the sort of situation a professional office staff could easily remedy somehow, but their only response was basically "Well, tough luck, we're clearly right here and there's no discussion, goodbye!" So i just left. Of other note, the longer i've been going here the more wait times have tended to increase to absurd levels, and the office staff has seemed to become more and more disorganized. read more

i don't want to leave any stars! insurance made me go here and dentist-no name-no name any one so no accountability- ruined my first lower denture, anonymous dentist woman told me no charge for second one made-why would i go back several x if i were being charged $1700.00? any idiot would go somewhere quality for that $. ‍‍warning‍ read more

My initial visit at Complete Dental Care was full of "first" for me.... it was the First time I ever felt comfortable at the dentist, it was the First time everyone took the time to explain what was going on and what I could expect next, and it was the First time a dentist gave me a plan of action to address all of my issues and how we would be moving forward to achieve these goals. Stay away from this dentist office! First apt I sat in waiting room for over an hour.. A patient came out during that time and said she had been there for 7 hours. I went to the counter and asked what was going on. They said there was an emergency, I rescheduled. Well I should not have!! I was seen quickly then during the x-rays I could not close my mouth as it caused to much pain. The original technician brought in another and she shoved the pastic piece in my mouth worse. Yelled at me to open my mouth wider. Agree she was being rude. When I stopped them from continuing to hurt me, saying we need to come up with another plan. They continued to be rude.
