We wanted something that was high quality, with the options we wanted. Knoxville tub to shower had a high quality " FIBO" shower. It is waterproof, anti-bacterial and guaranteed for life. Jack, the owner sat down with us and listened to what we wanted. If he did not have it as an option, he would find it elsewhere or you could supply it to him. We felt no pressure at all. He gave you his opinion, but we made the final decision. We decided to go with them for a full bathroom remodel. We only supplied the lighted mirror. Jack and his assistant Chase, did the actual work. They were on time, cleaned up without any undue mess. The craftsmanship was outstanding. The result was outstanding ( see pics). He took his time to do everything exactly right. Yes, it did take four days, but that included, plumbing, electrical, laying new flooring and new ventilation.
