That the washer discharge pipe was just draining onto the ground under the house. L & B was able to fix that and install a new toilet within 48 hours. The charge for both was very good and not expensive. While there I was telling the gentleman that I wanted to add electricity to the outside of my house and to the new garage. He informed me that L & B do that as well. I called them and told them what I needed done. The next day they came out and gave me an estimate, which was way cheaper than any other quote I was given. A week later they were able to come over and do the job. At this time I was informed that they also do gas line work as well. Called the office and told them that I needed a gas line attached to my fireplace. They set it up for right away and had someone come over and take a look. What we thought needed to be done was completely wrong. L & B informed us what was going on and what was wrong. It was a lot more then what we thought it was going be. The one thing that I really liked about what the plumber and the guy working on the gas did. They took pictures and videos to show us what was going on so that we could see they were telling the truth. At no time where any of the staff members rude or pushy to get us to get the work done. They all were very professional and courteous while at our house. Any work that needs to be done around my house, L & B will be the first people I will call.

Staff is clueless and has no ability to do anything take a message for which you will not be called back. Kind of a problem if you want your septic inspected for a new house under contract.
