As someone who's generally skeptical of chiropractic care but who was struggling through PT with a lower-to-mid back injury, I'm so glad I found and was treated by Dr. Rosenberg of Complete Chiropractic. My injury prevented me from playing sports and spending long stretches of time on my feet. For three months, I regularly went to a physical therapist who's well-regarded by marathoners and Ironman triathletes I've met, receiving acupuncture, dry-needling, massage, mobility exercises, and more, but the relief was always temporary. The pain was sporadic, but unpredictable and debilitating. Finally frustrated, I looked up chiropractors through my insurance and found Dr. Rosenberg. I was able to make an appointment for the same day, just a few hours after calling. He patiently listened to the story of my injury and treatments, gave me a thorough assessment by asking me to complete a series of movements based on what I'd told him, and I felt immediately welcomed both by how he didn't dismiss my past treatments and by how thoroughly he explained his own diagnosis. He then explained the treatment that he'd give that day. There was immediate improvement, though of course I wasn't magically fixed. What sold me on him was his frankness of my treatment schedule: after that first treatment, he told me that if that worked, then he'd like to see me for two to three weeks, perhaps twice per week. And that's exactly what happened. Appointments were quick, very easy to schedule, each just under 30 minutes, and improvements to my condition were consistent and ongoing. After most of our appointments, Dr. Rosenberg gave me exercises to do that would help strengthen my stabilizing core muscles and increase mobility in my back and shoulders. My treatment cycle was indeed complete within three weeks, and I returned to playing sports pain-free and without worry (distance running, tennis, soccer). I am forever grateful to have stumbled across Dr. Rosenberg. At the time I was searching, I was regularly seeing another chiropractor in the area. I was unhappy with the level of service and didn't feel much improvement in the pain I was experiencing. After a few weeks of being unhappy there, I opted to find someone else who could get to know my situation and work towards improvement. I was in a car accident which triggered all sorts of neck/back pain and headaches. My doctor at One Medical recommended Dr. Rosenberg to me - and he was terrific. Not everyone, including the orthopedic surgeon I saw about it, cares enough to be creative about treating a gnarly problem like a bunion, but Dr, Rosenberg did. He clearly laid out what his program was going to be, and told me that there is no "cure" for this (other than fairly drastic surgery) - but focused on what I CAN do to make it better, showed me exercises to make my foot stronger and to improve my balance (always a good thing). He's smart, he's patient, he's creative, he has excellent communications skills. I enjoyed working with him and feel he set me on a realistic course to manage this the best way possible. I went to Dr. Rosenberg two weeks ago after getting rearended in a hit-and-run accident. I'm a pretty healthy, active guy and had never had back issues before, but the got excruciating back spasms after the accident. I put it off for a few days to see if things would improve, but my pain only got worse. Went to see Dr. Rosenberg a few days later, and immediately began feeling better. He was friendly and professional, diagnosing me quickly and beginning treatment that day. After the first two sessions, I was sore but in a good way - like after a hard workout - and sleeping through the night again. I went to Jason for some work on my neck. In that time I also had an accident that I was happy to be visiting Jason about. He is very good. I have had more experience with a chiropractor than I would like at my age, so I know what to expect. I'm happy I found Jason. He went above and beyond to address my issues. Not only did he do adjustments but also uses a sonic ultrasound and heat as necessary. After a few sessions, I was all set. He his a nice guy and funny too.
