The man I dealt with over the phone was so obnoxious and rude, refusing to give me details and answer how they voided their T&Cs. Direct email, rudely suggesting they do not care about others needs: "Our job is to manage difficult passengers, clean up spew, watch the weather, stay up to 2am watching the weather, deal with wheelchair passengers in buses going onto different boats, this week we spent all our free time carrying a Starlight make a wish child for FREE trip... all OF SUNDAY.... thanks for your understanding with putting you on a boat that actually went fishing, as apposed to not going at all, your a top sport!"
