After my Camry was nearly totaled by uninsured driver, I gathered several opinions and quotes and I was told to give it up until I spoke to the owner of this shop. I was assured the car could be repaired by time frame was tentative. His quote was very favorable and payment was flexible given the time frame. His attention to details was beyond perfect, and prior mechanical issues before the accident were addressed. The finished job was more beautiful than the day I bought the car. Although, at a first glance of the shop may seem out of ordinary or traditional repair shops but their work surprisingly beats all bigger repair shops I have been in the past. The Dealer wanted 1,500 and Good Year wanted $1,200. I checked a couple of auto part stores and I could buy a catalytic converter for $120. I didn't understand why they were charging so much at the national repair chains. My research said it was a simple install job that would take less than an hour. I found Acapulco's Mufflers & Auto on they web and they said I could bring my own part and they would install it for $50. They also offered to sell me the part and install it for $180. That the option I took. They had me in and out in forty minutes and did a great job.

Don't let the shoddy exterior fool you, this place is great. I've been here on two separate…read moreoccasions. The first time I went there was to get my muffler replaced, they took my car in right away and finished the job with no problems at all in about an hour or so. The muffler I bought from there has not given me any problems so far. The second time I went there was to get my alternator replaced. I had bought the alternator from Auto Zone and they replaced it for 1/3 the repair price that Pep Boys would have charged. They got the repair done in about an hour and it's great. I highly recommend this place, the service is great and the staff is amazing. The only problem that one may have is that the staff does not speak English that well, but I haven't had any other problems.

She immediately started off by telling me i was lying and that i never spoke to the mechanic about any parts, when i have papers from their shop with the mechanics handwriting along with the information i as calling about... which when i explained that she got even more mad and hung up. i then tried to call back, (mind you i already paid them over 2k in repairs and still needed to get more work done.) and no one answered. Im reporting to the BBB please take your business elsewhere!
