We were losing our father and we were in no way financially responsible for this incident nor could we handle this kind of issue while facing the death of our father. The care notes that they know have to be correct for we're not reviewed before sent in. And many times blank care notes were submitted. The care notes and ADL's is reviewed by the insurance to pay. When asked to resubmit completed care notes, we were accused of insurance fraud. The insurance company was just aghast about that one. Care givers would not show up but still submit hours worked. Somehow the owner would try to make that our fault. Dishonest and not good people to take care of anyone's parent. We don't know about the other RaH locations, but we do this one.
