My hair was quite long, one length. I showed her a picture and left with a cut I NEVER wanted or asked for. She cut my hair in a what I can only describe as a cross between a mullet and a shag. The length was chopped to 5inches on top of my head. The crown and sides are heavily layered and layers on top dont match the layers on the sides. The back barely touched. The bottom was shaped in a "v". Thats it. It was a long thin strip of hair I refer to as the tail. That was the ONLY bit of length she left. I can't wear it pulled back or in a ponytail. Its too short. I texted Tammy and her only resolution was that she offered to "teach" me how to style it. It can not be styled any other way than how it is cut! Its been so heavily layered, it appears thin. I cant hide a 12inch tail in the back under the 5inches she left me with on top. I have since had the "tail" cut off and it left me with short hair I hate, never wanted or asked for . The lack of professionalism, responsibility and the fact she can not even respond is beyond me. I am left with a haircut I NEVER would have asked for and now I will have to wait a year and a half before its long enough to do something else with. I wouldnt have given 1 star but had to in order to leave the review. Do not go here if you value your hair or have any oponion about how you should look. You will get the look she wants you to have.

This woman should NEVER be allowed to touch eyebrows. She has ruined three years of me growing out my brows to fix a previous hack job. Last week, my hair was massacred by someone else (see my profile reviews) and Annie took me under her wing for 3 hours to fix my head! She had a dang good idea as to how my hair was cut horribly, but it still left her puzzled because it was that bad! I first met Annie when I was about 7-8 years old! I had been going to her since, until an extended stay out of state and then I came home and went to somebody else which I should have never done. She deserves all of her flowers. She deserves this review because she literally turned a nightmare into something bearable for me. She also is simply a master! Experience definitely matters.
