And was charged 80$ to my account for a quarter filled trash bag. These places are money hungry and it's gross. 40$ okay maybe even 50 $. Crazy !! Plus moving out I was paying 178$ for a 10x5 and moved to the same unit for half the price alway check market rates. They will keep raising the price if you don't stop them or transfer units

If you're arriving after biz hours, bring your own cart to load or unload. They store them here in…read morethe admin office overnight, which means if you arrive late you'll be unloading your U-Haul one fucking box at a time. Ask me how I know! The gate to get in and out of the elevator is also a huge PITA. If someone is on the elevator and you put in your code on the first floor, the gate will time out and you have to wait for the other person to get on or off. There are signs everywhere telling ppl to drop off the carts in the LOCKED space inside the building - yet the manager still chooses to lock them in the admin building. If security and/or theft is that rampant, hire a security guard. Otherwise you're making it extremely inconvenient for the customer.

Called then with my partner to receive a quote to move some bulk items that had been in the garage…read morefor 2yrs. They answered the phone and provided great customer service. They asked what items we wanted picked up and had to be specific. They charge by the amount of space the items take up in the truck. So they can't give you an exact estimate but they will tell you examples such $300 for the amount of 4 refrigerators (just an example) we called them on a Friday and we're scheduled for Monday. They came pretty early and got the stuff out. The price was not bad at all. We had 2 mattresses some tables and some more items moved and I think my partner paid between 2-$300. There a trampoline in the backyard and they said that they can come back and break it down it would only be about $100 I think. I know I don't have concrete dollar amounts but I say if you have allot of junk please call the college hunks
