There was even an incidence where I thought there was a dead cat in the building and it freaked me out. I called the front and the lady came with a broom and dust pan. I asked how long does the install take and she said about an hour to an hour and a half. 30 Minutes later I asked the clerk her definition of shortly and she said she didn't know where he was and that he may have been called away by the "big boss". I told her that as the customer, I am the big boss. She just laughed. at 10:45 I notice someone in the garage texting on his cell phone and picking boxes off the shelves. I ask the clerk where he was and she said he was here..."somewhere". At 10:55 I walked into the garage and asked the texter is he was the guy to do the install and he said yes. I mentioned that he was an hour late and he replied "unfortunately". No apology, no nothing. I had to be at work for 12:30 , with his irresponsible timing I couldn't take the chance of leaving my car because texting may be more important than installing my already paid for hitch. Instead of arguing with this guy (later identified as the GM) I got into my car and departed. How dare they disrespect me by thinking that my time is not important. I will NEVER business with these people ever again.
