Milestone is absolutely THE BEST! They are extremely easy to schedule with, whether you want to do…read moreit by phone, email, or their website. The staff is always available to assist and are fantastic at their job. I've never encountered a problem with them and have never had a court reporter not show up to a scheduled job. Believe me...it's happened with other companies I've dealt with. They are also great with confirming jobs the day before. Trust me, this has saved me sometimes if I forgot to schedule or forgot to cancel something. Milestone also has conference rooms available for use if you need a spot for your deposition, and they will also help coordinate out of state depositions, which is a HUGE help! Recently I had an emergency where Plaintiff's counsel did not advise they needed an interpreter at our deposition until 15 minutes prior to the start time. I called up Milestone and within 5 minutes I got a call back saying they could have an interpreter there within 30 minutes or less after our scheduled start time for the deposition. It was so nice to have someone else fix my problem and just be able to sit back and wait for the phone call and not scramble making a bunch of calls myself. That right there is top notch service! Also, if you schedule a lot of depositions, trials, hearings, etc. they provide incentives. You can get gift cards for various places (or a particular place of your choosing) for every job that is scheduled and completed. There are ways to get extra incentives as well, for example: by booking a certain amount of jobs in a month's time. They also give great presets at Christmas (liquor, hint, hint) and for Admin's Day. I highly recommend scheduling any court reporting needs with Milestone. They'll make your life a lot easier!

Executive Reporting Service,  ERS Production,  were making a transcript of a civil hearing. When I…read morewanted to order an excerpt from a witness statement, I was faced with a bill of "$1722.00 for standard 30-day turnaround" . I was promised they would do  question answer  excerpt,  If I order a printout from another company and I provide them for specific questions and specific answer. After I did this they replied that Executive Reporting Service,  ERS Production don't do "excerpts" and I  must pay  $1722.00 for standard 30-day turnaround. I know that other companies do excerpts without problems, so when you hire this company keep this in mind that in the future they have very high rates for transcript printouts. And also Executive Reporting Service have a 30-day turnaround, my lawyer said that he doesn't know of another company whose 30-day turnaround is 30 days or you have to pay for urgency. I do not recommend anyone to use Executive Reporting Service.

My wife and I drove 19 straight hours Friday 6/7 to move her to Florida for an internship. We were very excited to move Into the apartment that was depicted on Zillow with Beautiful and modern updates throughout (ie kitchen, bathrooms, ceiling fixtures, hard-floored-inside balcony, etc). After arriving at 11:30pm we walked in to the place and it was NOT updated at all. The bathrooms and kitchen were outdated and very worn, and there are no ceiling fixtures in any room. Very fraudulent for this landlord/company to misrepresent the internals of this apartment thus misleading us into signing the contract. We are going to prepare photos and review the lease we signed thanks to the pointers from LSA. Also, we have pets with us and have to leave for our honeymoon Monday. This is a ridiculous situation but at least we got some help from LSA! Thank you.
