I got a hold of a guy named Brandon Harley (the CEO of process serving ) who promised quick work. I paid for the service in the beginning $75 and waited for him to do his job. A few frustrating days went by in which I rarely got updates unless I called or emailed. When I finally complained about the lack of communication and the time it was taking Brandon (the CEO ), said "Our office is open mon-fri 9am to 5pm and you gave us work right before the weekend, we'll get to your case as soon as we can next week". So clearly their 24/7 advertisement on the website is false. My paperwork was eventually served the following week and The only reason I knew this is because I asked for an update almost 2 days after it was served. I was emailed a conformation of the service, a scanned affidavit and a random invoice! The invoice was for a rushed service and address change because Brandon called the subject and had him meet at a different location than the addresses that where provided. I refused to pay additional fees because I was unaware of ANY additional services, these additional fees/services where never discussed prior to him charging me and I was frustrated throughout the whole process. Brandon later emailed me saying that he is a "fair christian man" and I don't have to pay the additional random fees. However, I was never sent the original affidavit that I need for court. When I called and asked if it was sent Brandon asked about his money and said he was going to lie and send the court an affidavit of duel diligence (saying that he never found/served the subject) unless I paid. He later emailed me saying that he was going to report me to collections and that this is not his first time being a crook and dealing with clients that refuse to pay ridiculous fees. It's been 2 months now and I never received the original affidavit. Waste of time, money and unnecessary stress.
