After going back and forth, they said they could meet at 11 am on Saturday. Now, Saturday came, my husband was in the online meeting room, but nobody showed up. He waited for 30 minutes there and ended the online meeting. Now, after he left home, Evelyn called him and said she had forgotten the meeting, with no legitimate reason. And after wasting part of his weekend, she told him that they only offer the full management service and do not help just with finding a tenant. The purview of their service is fine; that is their choice, but this could certainly be communicated via email instead of going through this unprofessional and disrespectful experience. I was surprised to find many great reviews about this company, which was good for them, but I guess our need wasn't lucrative enough for them to care if you can drop a meeting they scheduled without giving a legitimate reason.

The company that did the test said they would gladly do the test but CMB refuses to do so. They have lied and have been deceptive and dishonest. Be extremely leery of renting from them.

Damage is occurring at my condo daily. Mike does not care in the least. I tape my phone calls and keep my phone and text messages with my provider. My well-being and safety are at stake while he flat-out refuses to call me back or address my concerns. He does cash my monthly checks and gossip to my neighbors, stating he will NOT call me back. Police are in my side.
