We had 9 business days to close this deal and I informed them of that. They said to have the documents emailed to them and they would get back to me with an estimated cost and to actually see if they had time to complete it in that time frame. I followed up the next day and they said they had received them and would get back to us to arrange an appointment to sign off on the papers. My wife followed up three days later on a Friday and they said (in a negative tone), as explained to us days ago they would be contacting us and they would call the following Monday. Monday came and went with no phone call. We followed up on Tuesday and the girl in a condescending tone said she would call us back in 15min. Over an hour went by and she never phoned back. My wife contacted again and in a rude tone she stated how busy they were, how it was their month end and all our phone calls were just slowing her down. She tried to again tell my wife she would call us back when I took over the call. I said we had two days to close this deal and I wanted a confirmed appointment. She said she couldn't give me one and would have to call me back. I explained I had lost all confidence in them as they had never once made an attempt to call us back for a appointment date and time in 7 days. I had to argue for an appointment, and after she put me on hold came back with an appointment and a cost price of $380. I accepted, thanked her, hung up and decided to call around. Two different offices said they couldn't take us on as they were too busy but they gave us other lawyers phone numbers to try. We found one that would take us the next day for $175. All the other offices also had quotes from $175-$185 and not $380 like Lisa Denham Law Office. I emailed to cancel our appointment to their general office email and also CC'd Lisa Denham directly to explain my disappointment with the staff at her office. I never received an email back from her or anyone at her office. I suggest contacting any other lawyer and not this one. Not reliable, too expensive and no respect for potential clients.

I raised them with my parents. the father, a psychologically disturbed man who i left and he couldn't take it like a mature adult. he engaged in his small minded revenge campaign of distortion and lies. and now, he has the children, who suffered immensely. I am powerless. i cant get another lawyer BECAUSE OF THE MISCONDUCT OF WOOLLEY CO. i cant do the work, i have complex ptsd now because of this and wont be able to work, or go to school. until i get better i raised these girls. slept with them since birth. i have not seen them more than 4 hours in a quarter of a year. I don't know where they are, just know that they might be in Vernon. I don't know anything about them, not one thing. just that when i see them on skype if i get lucky, maybe 3 times a week,, that they no longer want to speak to me, call me by my first name, and scream and yell at me. we were very close before. they want to watch ninja turtles instead. i ask them questions, they always answer "i dont know" they used to sob and cry for me to get them, but i was rebuked, by the father, by the paternal family. its all caused the complex ptsd. a prison of grief, sadness and demoralization the father has people convinced that i am the mentally ill one, i am stigmatized for his projections. my angry outbursts are used against me, my pain and my maternal suffering, for my children, my emotional and psychological bleeding used as evidence of my "emotional instability" they had so much incompetent or negligent misconduct, and allowed for this to happened. they should have never been forced into 505 right away, (that traumatized them to begin with) and should have had a transition period. Kevin told me that it was somewhat " mandatory because i had no concerns over physical safety". I had concerned for their emotional development based oi our primary bond relationship as is very well known as the attachment theory.
