Upon my decision to get the help I needed, I called the center and was connected with a kind woman, Kat, who coordinated my arrival to treatment for services. She was very helpful and attentive to everything I has to say. She also shared with me her experience of addiction into recovery , which began in treatment. Most of the staff at Rehabilitation Treatment Care Center had been through a treatment program and were in recovery from addiction as well. Knowing with certainty that these professional and medical staff understood what I was going through, not only physically but emotionally and mentally, helped me feel accepted and relaxed. Although, I have been to a few good treatment centers, I have never experienced the degree of acceptance, safety and stability that I did here. From the day I got to treatment, I have not looked back since. My life is beyond amazing today and I am forever grateful for my experience at this center.

It's…read morebrand new, state-of-the art, with cutting edge technology and beautiful rooms and common areas. My dad spent the summer in ICU, the hospital, and then skilled nursing. We were just hoping to get him to a great rehabilitation facility and get him better enough to come home. We reached out to Brooke at this facility and she worked hard to find him an available bed and get it approved by insurance and Medicare. I started calling her on Monday, and by Monday afternoon she had gotten it all set up, including the required medical transport. She made it so easy and smooth. That was the beginning of our contact with the staff there, and every other interaction has been similar. Smart, capable people who want to make a difference. Since my dad has arrived here (and he's only been here for two days) he is already like a different person. He is clear-headed, eating better thanks to the wonderful food here. He's had a series of increasingly uncomfortable beds all summer; the first text he sent me after his first night here was: "Bed fabulous, slept great, breakfast incredible." I felt like that was the start of a new beginning for my dad. As far as facilities go, it's increible. The huge PT gym is full of brand-new, high-end equipment. There is speech therapy and occupational therapy in addition to PT. My dad is busy from 9A-11:30A and then from 1P-5:30P, all in the name of getting better. Two different doctors came to visit yesterday evening, in addition to a litany of nurses, therapists, aides, and techs. I can't remember the last time he had this many people checking on him, following up, and taking care of him. Honestly, it was probably in ICU. This place has set the bar for me, and for all my loved ones. I will now not be able to accept anything less. Thank you to Brooke for getting us in, and thank you to the entire team helping my dad get better. We are ready to have him home!

Megan is amazing! She is patient, kind, compassionate, and thorough. As I said, my therapy didn't seem to help me. In fact it did no change to my issue, but I appreciate the kind and thorough care I received from Megan and the other folks at this location. Should you ever find yourself needing PT, this is the place to go.

Bill presented for a knee brace was over $1500 with $500 deductible to the patient. Exact same brace is $649 retail on Amazon. A $900 markup??? THIS is what is wrong with American medical practice and insurance. They should be ashamed.

The first couple of nights was hard due to adjusting and not knowing any of the other patients at the time. While I was there I made friends, one I talk to everyday now. I got to doing so much better there, and I was well taken care of and well fed. I'm still doing so much better now that I am out. The unit is very clean, the staff is there if you need ANYTHING! They were very caring and attentive. Me and other patients would play charades in the unit and the staff would join in if they could. And one staff member in particular called Ben gave me the talks I needed to hear. Another one let me on a Zoom call an hour longer than allowed because she noticed it calmed me down talking to my family. The food was good, despite when the chicken was still pink. They check your vitals at morning and night, other days just in the morning. If I ever needed to go to a place like that again, I would go there again. I hope I don't ever have to go again, but if I did I would. I also loved my therapist there, I wish I could've kept her once I was out. But now I have a therapist just as good. Overall I really liked this place. They let you watch Netflix, play games, do puzzles, and have fun and do helpful group activities and go outside as well. 10 out of 10 stars from me.

I voluntarily went to this hospital seeking help. I left with more trauma than I went in with and…read moresignificantly less trust in mental healthcare. My experience included: I had voluntarily used this facility twice before without being EOD'd. This time, I voluntarily sought help and was placed on an involuntary hold. I repeatedly asked why I was being held, and no one could tell me until my last day. I was then told it was because I was allegedly suicidal and homicidal. I dispute both claims, and another person was present during the conversation and can corroborate what I actually said. I received no one-on-one therapy and no meaningful help with the medication problems I came in for. Staff repeatedly referred to patients as "inmates." We were digitally tracked, and I was never given what I considered meaningful informed consent or an adequate explanation. I have celiac disease and complained daily about needing safe food. I did not receive appropriate celiac-friendly meals until my last day. Nurses told me that patients with private insurance may be kept longer, which seriously concerned me. At discharge, I was given about 30 days of medication but no psychiatrist or therapist was established for follow-up, and the hospital will not continue refilling the medications. Before this experience, I was willing to voluntarily seek psychiatric help. Now I cannot imagine willingly putting myself in that position again. From my perspective, the entire system felt like a trap: get you in, get your insurance money, discharge you without adequate continuity of care, and leave you vulnerable to ending up right back there. I went in looking for help and left with more trauma than I arrived with.
