- 6/5 Stars -- Exceptional Care and a True Life-Changer! I…read moregive more than 5 stars to Olivia Rose at Mizzou Therapy Services inside the Missouri Orthopaedic Institute. After my right total knee replacement on May 18, 2026, I ran into major delays due to an outside rehab facility losing paperwork and failing to submit for insurance pre-authorization. By the time I finally started rehab 15 days after surgery, complications required me to undergo a manipulation under anesthesia (MUA). It was a painful setback, but getting into therapy right away with Olivia Rose made all the difference in the world. From day one, Olivia was absolute perfection. I often joked with her about being "mean" to me during our sessions, but in all reality, her persistent drive, incredible knowledge, passion fir her trade, and top-tier expertise were exactly what I needed. She knew how to push me through the toughest parts of the rehab process safely and effectively. Thanks to her dedication, patience, and unwavering belief in my recovery, I am now mostly pain-free and genuinely feel like I've been given a new lease on life. I also want to give a special shout-out to her colleague, Mackenzie Gerau, who stepped in seamlessly whenever Olivia was unavailable. Both Olivia and Mackenzie are extraordinarily kind, professional, knowledgeable, and put their whole hearts into their work. Finally, my appreciation also goes out to Dr. Aggarwal and his complete surgical team for doing an amazing job and providing phenomenal care throughout my knee replacement and MUA procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Aggarwal and his team at Missouri Orthopedic Institute to anyone struggling with severe joint pain. I thank God for placing Olivia, Mackenzie, and Dr. Aggarwal on my care team. Mizzou Therapy Services, Missouri Orthopedic Institute, and MU Health Care are fortunate to have them all.

He is typically a fertility doctor. Highly recommended.

This is the worst va hospital in the country perhaps. They don't even treat their veterans with…read morekind of respect, you get fake bs like you would from snake oil car salesman. I myself am 12 year Navy veteran with severe ptsd and one day when I had a counseling session there at the hospital red team clinic the receptionists were all talking about their personal lives instead of being professional especially when they played saving private ryan in front of all the ptsd veterans in the lobby, that's really being professional huh, I think you get better professionalism in a funeral home because that's what it feels like they are trying to do to honorably discharged who served their country and either were physically injured or have mental scars or both like I do. The other thing was yesterday they pretty much traumatized me with their colon prep crap and it about killed drinking the salty shit they sent me they couldn't send me the good stuff like had before and to beat it all I was up all night with diarrhea from it until it was just a little cloudy only too get put thru the procedure and later to tell me they couldn't do it because it was still dirty, well I did everything the paper said until it was just granules and they still told me I was wrong and they fat shamed me swell putting me in one of those hospitals where I felt trapped and part of my ptsd is claustrophobia, which they wasn't to concerned about and I had concern and fears about the anesthesia they gave me because they changed it from before this stuff they gave me put me completely under which worried me severally because already have breathing problems like copd, asthma, chronic bronchitis and I was a diesel mechanic in the Navy and they did this shit to me which is part that traumatized me. I want everyone to know how badly they treat veterans and how garbage this hospital. They might swell be with China and all the other shit countries against America because that's what kind of Healthcare you get there is the P.O.W kind. I Wish I could rate this review a triple quadruple negative rating because that is just how sorry it is there. I wouldn't even take my dog there after this mess.

Today was an amazing first day for me. KATIE and BRI are out of this world helpful from the minute…read moreyou make an appointment. And don't try to weasel info about your diagnosis from them - they are too professional to answer, extremely nice, but very professional. From the moment I walked in, ARIEL was all smiles greeting people and helping me figure out what was next. Then LISA walked me to where I needed to have lab work done. ALLY was next, and with her great sense of humor, took my vitals. And if you aren't a Chiefs fan, beware!! As a dedicated family, they all are!!! Then TASHA went over my info before DR. TUNGESVIK came in. I was surprised, too, at the consideration and amazing knowledge someone so young as Dr T already had. All of their constant concern and support is like an anti-cancer and anti-nervousness drug! Thank you to JESSICA AND MARIAN, too, for keeping me calm during my procedure. And JORDAN, I didn't forget you - thank you for getting my next appointment so early! I won't say I'm well versed in cancer, but I did work in cancer statistics for a few years; went through my besties cancer journey at University and Siteman (she didn't survive); watched my parents go through two cancers each; and almost everyone on both sides of my family had cancer before 60. So I can honestly say I know that whatever comes down in the form of a negative diagnosis, I'll beat it because of this team. When you walk the clean, bright halls, you are surrounded by colorful, positive and empathetic pictures making you feel superhuman, or a cancer conqueror, too. While I was waiting (extremely nervous) an older man sitting next to me told me it would be all right. I was so touched that he took the time to notice how scared I was and to talk to me. A snack lady came by to see if we needed anything. All the patients were kind to each other. Can't say that at too many places:) You would think you'd feel like an assembly line but nope. The sense of humor, the reality of it all about life's craziness, the TIME THEY TAKE TO CARE made me feel so comfortable and not nervous anymore!! I really wish my bestie had MO Cancer Associates on her side when she was diagnosed. I'm sure she'd still be here.... Thank you MO Cancer Associates and whatever divine entity put you all in Columbia!!!

The reception area is well staffed and comfortable with the scheduling areas located near the exit instead of right at the front door. Friends and family are welcome to attend chemo sessions with patients and the nursing staff goes to great length to make the patients and families comfortable.

My family sings her praises as well as the folks I met in the waiting room at her office where I went for my follow up care. I checked on line and I could not find any complaints against Dr. McGaughey. Her reputation and character was everything I expected and then some. Concerning Error in Report - Patients, Please Read Your Reports Carefully…read more Our experience with this radiology provider was unacceptable and should raise concern for anyone who values accurate, responsible healthcare. A radiologist reported on the condition of an organ that had been surgically removed months prior -- stating, in writing, that the gallbladder was "normally distended with no gallstones." The patient had no gallbladder at the time of the exam. This is not a harmless oversight. It reflects a serious breakdown in attention to detail, and raises questions about whether the images were truly reviewed or whether templated text was used without verification. We attempted multiple follow-ups through phone calls and the patient portal. No one from the facility ever responded. The only action taken was a quiet, unexplained addendum to the report stating, "patient actually is post cholecystectomy," with no apology or clarification. Patients: read your radiology reports carefully. If something doesn't match your medical history, say something--and insist on a response. These reports are part of your permanent medical record and are often used to guide future decisions. If you experience a similar error or lack of accountability, I strongly encourage you to file a complaint with the Missouri Board of Registration for the Healing Arts. Accurate diagnostics and professional integrity should be non-negotiable.

But sure enough, later that night it started to ache behind my eyes. She is so knowledgeable that she saw the issue before I even felt it. It was unbelievable. I have always been able to get an appointment the same day, and the entire front desk staff greets me by name. I just have nothing bad to say about this place.
