If you are so rigid about closing for lunch, why don't you keep a sign in the drive through line saying "pharmacy closed"? Why this pharmacy doesn't keep at least a team to deliver medication during others lunch time? I think your stock price is a reflection of your customer treatment. Try to improve that. I brought 7 of my old video recorder tapes into Walgreens and they sent them off and within 4 weeks I got an email that let me have a month trail of looking at all the home videos on iMemories right on my phone and computer. This allowed me to watch them without waiting for the DVD's to come back to the store! (Usually takes another month for that) Each tape costs $24.99 and then additional $9.99 for the CD, but the best part is you don't pay until you get the DVD's. (Gave me some time to save up the money lol) Attached in the photos you'll see that they packaged everything really neatly to cause it to not be damaged and even put my still frames on the videos to give it a warm feeling.
