Dr…read more Michael Geary at South Shore Orthopedics in Hingham stood in front of me, arms folded, feet apart and before I could finish my first sentence he insults me with an inappropriate inference. This doctor was rude, arrogant and tried unsuccessfully to get me to have X-rays I did not need as I had very recent ones and was only there about a consultation. He suggested I take OTC meds for chronic pain; these are dangerous as they conflict w blood thinners I'm on and results can be fatal-this was on my patient chart. I attempted to explain it was his office that referred me to him and he cut me off and said "I don't care who referred you to me." I told him I didn't like his attitude, aggression and rudeness, it was an extremely uncomfortable situation. I was there for approximately 10 minutes, got up and left. I wrote this to save anyone from possibly having this experience with him, it was traumatic.
