Essentially told us that the person who is able to help you is not in the office and we will send her an email to reach out when she's back. THEN, I pressed the issue and asked for someone who was able to disable our card and I was out on hold and then transferred to the lady who they said was out of the office. Interestingly after my initial review my online accounts were disabled and when we called about the issue it looked as if we never set them up. Coincidence? I don't think so. Anyway, I would. Or recommend Shipbuilders for anything.
